Type Photo Submission Form

The ADGA Type Committee is preserving photos and information on Top Linear Appraised Does and Bucks, CH/GCH Does and Bucks and Top Ten Production Does. You may submit photos to become part of ADGA history and to archive them in a database available to all members online. We are accepting photos of dairy goats in the following categories from the year 2000 or later:

Does with LA Final Score of at least 88 with Excellent Mammary or Final Scores of 89 or above.

Bucks with FS89 or above Champion (CH) and Grand Champion (GCH) Does and Bucks Top Ten Production Does

Before any animal is added to the ADGA archive, the ADGA Office will verify its qualifications.

Photo Requirements

For CH/GCH�s and/or Linear Appraisal qualifiers, the photo must have been taken in the Year of Achievement

For Top Ten qualifiers, the photo may be from the year of the Top Ten record or the previous year.

The photo must be in focus and of a good quality, color or black and white

Photos must be a centered side profile that shows the entire length & height, including legs and feet.

We want a clean background with few distractions, or at least, a photo of sufficient quality that any distracting background can be cropped or blurred without losing significant photo resolution.

Photos may be prints (no larger than 8" X 10") or slides but prints and slides will not be returned

JPG digital photos are preferred, with no more than 144 pixels per inch, a 3 x 4" image size & not exceeding 125 KB in file size.
